Cultura como bien público global

چکیده
Dentro del escenario internacional, muchas han sido las discusiones respecto a distintas materias que constituyen el global. No obstante, por alguna razón, cuando se habla de cultura,en ocasiones en reduce este campo análisis artes, como si extraña manera concepto cultura solo expresara mediante expresiones artísticas, lo cual veces resulta insuficiente. Particularmente último tiempo, la ha experimentado, algunos catalogan doble crisis; es decir, una crisis económica vez legitimación social; su aumenta necesidad invertir para un desarrollo humano estructural. Este artículo pretende poner valor fenómeno complejo, inherente condición humana y al tanto debiese ser considerado bien público dimensión extensiva multifactorial.
